ACHIVEMENT:

While reading round found a pump mechanical seal excessive leaking and further rising, immediately informed to shift supervisor and prepared stand by pump for change over. During changeover of the pump a cloud of xylene fumes was formed. The pump changeover and isolation of the defective pump was done in cloud and showers of xylene. I was appreciated by GM and rewarded appreciation letter for the same.
