The facilities consist of food processing, chemicals and refining.

GE Plastics, Project Manager Port Bienville Mississippi relocation Project. Responsible for decommissioning the HDPE facility. Duties included directing and developing the shutdown plan with operations, inspection and cataloging of 486 pieces, of tagged equipment, and vessels, spare parts inventory, preservation plan, and logistics and transportation plan to new facility for construction.
Site Manager, Exxon Chemicals, Baytown, Texas. Responsibilities included the restructuring of the mechanical maintenance and capital projects organization from five separate business groups to one central organization, development of the site turnaround program and execution of 650,000 work hours of turnarounds over an 18 month period. Reduction of overall contractor costs and implementation of best practices of maintenance and capital projects.
Project Manager Exxon blending plant Houston Texas. Responsible for developing equipment inventory after de-commissioning, for 123 pieces of equipment and motors. Inventory of spare parts, and development of maintenance preservation strategy along with the Exxon maintenance manager. Logistics planning for shipping and installation at the Joliet refinery in Illinois.
Site Manager, Anchor Glass Company, Henrietta, Oklahoma. Responsibilities included coordinating engineering priorities for subcontracting plan. Development of subcontract packages and selection of the subcontractors for a 185 million turnaround and capital project expansion.
Chief Construction Engineer, CITGO Petroleum Company, Lake Charles, Louisiana. Responsibilities included coordinating a peak of nine engineering firms and 17 major projects on a 1.5 billion, dollar construction /revamp project, with a staff of 145 employees including field engineering, Project Controls, procurement, and Subcontract Management.
Construction Engineer, GE Plastics Project, Port Bienville, Mississippi. Responsible for inspecting, punching out and the turnover of piping systems. Also responsible for monitoring, inspecting and turnover of the painting, insulation and fireproofing subcontractors.
Construction Engineer, CIBA-GEIGY Delta Dye Project, St. Gabriel, Louisiana. Responsible for working directly with all field engineers and the Client's engineers in inspecting and the turnover of the project. Also responsible for troubleshooting material and engineering problems for all disciplines.
Subcontract Administrator, Koch Refining Parex No. II Project, Corpus Christi, Texas. Responsible for developing subcontract packages, bidding, coordinating pre-bid and award meetings, bid analysis and overall coordination of schedules. Also performed receiving inspections on vendor fabricated equipment and developed detailed estimates on variances.
Material Manager, Koch Refining FCCU/VRU Turnaround and Cumene Expansion Project. Responsible for shipping, receiving, storing and issuing material and equipment. Also performed material takeoffs and procurement of all piping, electrical and instrumentation bulk shorts. Also responsible for the efficient operation of the tool room and for managing all construction equipment.
Pipe Supervisor and Systems Coordinator at both the Hoechst Celanese HDPE Expansion Project and HIMONT's "E" Line. Responsible for developing systems turnover packages, testing and turnover procedures and the tracking of turnover status. Also performed pre-hydro, hydro and post hydro inspections.
