Student Housing complex in Provo, UT – 138 units – 538 contracts

Created and executed plan to clean up the property, rebrand, and expand marketing, resulting in 100% occupation for the school year

While the property was on the brink of being sold, I expanded reports and improved management with the goal of improving value enough to sell. By the time we were done with the updates, the owner decided not to sell. As of 2019, the complex is still an institution of student housing, with the same owner as when I was there.

La Grand Apartments 1997-1999 Provo, UT

Student Housing complex in Provo, UT – 39 units

Created and implemented marketing and maintenance plan, resulting in 100% occupancy and reversal of poor overall profits

This complex had been owned by this owner for 5 years and never turned a profit. When I took over, it had a 50% vacancy and another 25% had given notice that they were moving when contacts were up. I collaborated with the tenants identify their concerns, then executed an improvement plan that resulted in 100% occupancy and profitability in less than 90 days.

Mixed use Class B commercial business and professional park – 120,000 sq ft

Worked with leasing agents and vendors to increase occupancy to 8-12% above area averages of comparable properties
