OBJECTIVE

Handover and takeover of patient routine care corresponding to the shift of duty

Take responsibility of admission, transfer, and discharge of the patient.

Provide nursing care, counselling, instruction and give health education about hygiene diet to the patient/client and relatives according to their needs.

Monitor and maintain the record of patient’s treatment, care and prognosis and report the ward Sister/Doctor if required.
