GUMUDIPOONDI, 10 MW of boiler MAKES by THERMODYINE 4 NOS OF BOILER with 13 t/hr and turbine by SIEMENS. 3. SITE MANAGER – RR ENGINEERING SERVICES, TPS-1 EXP, NEYVELI Ash Handling System & STP, 2X210 MW

• Efficient Operations of Fly ash handing System (Dense Phase pneumatic conveying) and Bottom ash conveying system.

• Operations of Pump for Bed Ash Conveying.

• Operation of Silo Unloading System.

• Monitoring of ESP controller parameter and Reporting and taking timely action

• Operations of Air Handling units consisting Dryers, Blowers and AHU

• Operations of Bottom ash triple v submerged hopper system along with slurry pumping through jet pump from bottom ash hopper to slurry pump and ASH DYKE.

Operation & Maintenance for Coal Handling Plant Reporting to: DRM / RM Roles and Responsibilities:

• To ensure 100% equipment availability

• To ensure rake unloading within stipulated time without demurrage

• To ensure spares /consumables availability

• To support manpower allocation / running maintenance activities

• To support all equipment lubrication schedule followup

• To prepare planning bar chart/Execution bar chart for major works.

• To prepare safety related documents i.e, SMP, SOP, HIRA, JSA….

• To educate tool box talks, OJT, SMP to technicians.

• To raise modification note and get the approval from client.
