JOB RESPONSIBILITY (Service Advisor)

● Receive customer at the service reception at appointed time and take the customer through interactive reception process.

● Listen to customer concerns and probe for better understanding of the concern while carrying out interactive process.

● Complete the job car with clear communication to customer on customer request, cost estimate, time estimate and mode of payment.

● Call customers in case additional work is identified and estimate given is changed or there is a change in vehicle delivery time and record his approval on the repair order.

● After completion of the job, check the vehicle to ensure all jobs attended and close the repair order.

● Explain the invoice and jobs carried out to the customer (Arrange road test if required)

● Handover the failed parts to the customer during the delivery of the vehicle.
