Supervisor Operation

Oversee the entire restaurant operation in the absence of the F & B Manager.

Attend all daily morning briefings and perform special projects as requested.

Making sure that the restaurant is well preferred and ready for service in all meal period.

Meet and greets guests and checks on how they are enjoying their meal.

Responsible for all guest feedback and comments and attending any complains on the spot.

Responsible for training the restaurant servers for any changes or updates in the menu; working closely with the manager for any feedback from the guests.

Spot checks cash.

Makes sure that proper handover between shifts are being done properly.

Takes part on job appraisal of the staff.

Food & Beverage Captain Operation

Takes part on preparation and service for all meal period.

Responsible for ensuring that all mise en place are ready for service.

Checks table reservations for the day. Follow up for VIP requests.

Allocates and divides service stations between the servers.

Coordinates with the Chef for any food items not available in the menu.

Spot checks the casheiring during handovers.

Communicates with the Supervisor for any guests complains and feedbacks.

Conference-Banquets Operations

Ensuring highest standards of service offered at all times.

Greet guests in all conferences and ensure highest level of guest satisfaction.

Inspect the ballroom’s and conference rooms to ensure that they are clean and orderly.

Satisfy minor guest complaints and report them to the F & B Manager.

Determine adequate operation supplies are available in a timely manner.

Specialise in different table settings and services.

Ensure hygiene, safety & good sanitation.

Possess good knowledge of menu, food and beverage.

Ensure that the guests receive prompt, friendly and personalized service.
