I do not have a resume but I do have work and life experience.

I began working when I 14 years old at White Horse Farms in Hammonton NJ. I would work there during the summer break. My parents thought it would be good life and work ethic development.

1976 I graduated high school at which point I gained employment at Presswell Records in Anchora NJ. I worked there until 1980. I really liked that job we made records from the original lacquer I was able to listen to music all day, which was part of being in quality control.

1980 I applied to and began working at the Tropicana Hotel Casino. I was hired as the housekeeping managers assistant. Worked with him until 1981 which is when I transferred to the reservations department. Total time at the Tropicana was 5 years.

1985 to 1986 I was a DJ in Snake Alley in Atlantic City NJ

As you can read I was quite mobile and full of life experience.

1986 I moved to Denver Colorado once I arrived there it was my pleasure to take some time off and get to know my new home. It wonderful to be in a new city all alone!

1987 I enter LaVonnes Beauty Academy that is where my cosmetology career began.

1988 I graduated school and began working at Scissors Salon.

From there, after 7 years I began working at El Salon and enrolled in an educator coarse which took me to teaching other hairstylist how to become better colorists. I specialist in color so I was quite good. I did a lot of platform work at the hair shows.

2006 I began working at Laureate, Ltd. Property Management. I took the position as I was wanting out of the hair business, it is hard on the body. My friend, the owner of the company needed someone in his rent collection department that he could trust. The current person he thought was stealing from him.

I knew nothing of the property management business, but I was looking forward to using a different part of my brain. I knew people and how to converse and connect with them. I am a quick study, I work well with instruction and he threw me into the job so I knew I either was going to sink or swim.

I swam, I swam well.

I was responsible for collecting the rent, paying all the bills which included HOA Dues for our investors, paying their mortgages, maintenance bills, utility bills. If there was a bill managed it.

I worked hand in hand with the attorneys that handled our evictions and the different counties sheriffs’ that we needed to hire to be present at our evictions.

I also had to learn how to use a fax machine, answer and transfer phone calls and the all mighty computer. As a hair dresser never worked on a computer before. Yes, I had a personal computer but never gave it much attention.

I learned a lot about human behavior in a way that I never saw as being a hair colorist.

All this to say, I have a lot of customer service experience that would serve me well no matter where I go.

I know this is not a typical resume but I wanted to tell my life and work history.
