Career History: Formally General Manager of Ensley Inc. I was responsible for bringing the company back to profitability. I was lead estimator, scheduler, In charge of all on site meetings and Pre- Construction meetings and was successful for my short tenure with Ensley.

Formally Roadway Superintendent. Presently in charge of all projects on the construction side. I produce a daily schedule that I broadcast daily corporate wide, by 5:00 PM. This includes all equipment moves, all personal, everything from a 6” trash pump to an 80-ton crane. I also do the interviews for most positions. This is considered a management position. All jobs review and follow the daily schedule, any equipment not reported or under reported by the job will be charged a variance. The work plans are sent to me by 3 pm the previous day from the Project Managers or Superintendents. I enter all the information and generate what’s called the daily schedule. It’s a very effective tool/ program to control cost on all projects. Before this I was in charge over a Florida Turnpike restoration project from start to finish. This was a 48-lane mile resurfacing project. It included everything from new drainage to full depth restoration, New LED street lighting, new guardrail. I was solely responsible for everything that went on during the 2-year (night) project.

This proved to be challenging for me because it was a night project. Sunday thru Thursday 7 pm to 6am. I had to mill/ pave /stripe and have it opened by 6 am. After the project was completed it was recognized for excellent in workmanship and rideability. Safety is and always will be my # 1 priority.
