Reported the time duration at which security operatives arrived and left the Polling Unit and if the security operatives escortedthe INEC ad-hoc staff and materials used after the election via the CLEEN mobile app.

Efficiently observed the conduct of voters, party agents, and security agents using the CLEEN mobile app and also sent pictures as events unfolded at the polling unit to the organization’s WhatsApp group.

The outcome of votes cast, invalid votes was snapped at the Polling Unit and was duly reported.

Field Worker - Security Threat Assessment towards Edo State Sept 19th 2020 Governorship Election in Ovia North East LGA

Conducted both General and Expert respondent interviews using the CLEEN mobile app to ascertain past outcomes of previously conducted elections and happenings within different communities in Ovia North-East and how it could pose a threat to the peaceful conduct of the forthcoming election.

Asked respondents to make predictions of whether they thought the outcome of the election would be peaceful or violent based on happenings in their various communities.

Volunteer (Observer) - Conduct of Security Personnel, Human rightsviolation incident and Public Compliance to Government Directive during Covid-19 Lockdown period in Edo State

Diligently reported cases, if any, human rights violations by security operatives during the lockdown & post lockdown period of covid-19 in Ovia North-East LGA of Edo state.

Observed the perceptions of members of the public on the lockdown period and how people were complying to the use of face masks, hand sanitizers to prevent the spread of Covid-19.

Also observed the compliance of public vehicles to government’s Covid-19 transport regulations, the ban of public gatherings, social distancing and religious gatherings.

Submitted weekly reports of observation works carried out the previous week.

Edo State COVID-19 Mobile Screening/Testing May2020 – June2020

Data Collector/Mobiliser - Covid-19 Mobile Screening/Testing Centre, Ekiadolor, Ovia North East, LGA, Benin City, Edo state

Worked in a team of 10 individuals to detect, curtail and control the community spread of Covid-19 in Ekiadolor community of Ovia North East LGA.

Screened/ interviewed individuals; both adults and children for symptoms of coronavirus daily using an infrared thermometer to check for high temperature.

Personal details were obtained from all respondents in case there was a need to trace them if anyone were to test positive for Covid-19.

Checked for Blood Pressure (BP) – for a person who has a high BP reading, such person is counseled before he/she leaves the mobile centre.

A Google form was utilized to collect data of all respondents throughout the mobile screening/testing provided

Samples were collected for any individual(s) who showed symptoms of covid-19 before it was taken for lab examination.

A house-to-house screening/testing was further done to ensure that majority of the community was covered

Neighbouring communities within the same ward were further covered for the screening.

CLEEN FOUNDATION Sept. 1, 2019 – Feb. 29, 2020

Field Worker - Path to Prevention (P2P) Project on Sex Trafficking in Oredo LGA, Benin City, Edo state

An app (TELLA app) was utilized to conduct to interview respondents and collect data from the field and subsequently, a geo-coordinate was generated with the aid of the app to obtain various location points in Oredo LGA.

Interviewed a total of 60 respondents (male and female respondents), 18 years and above per month on their knowledge/awareness of the incidence of sex trafficking in their Local Government Area of residence (Oredo).

A total of 360 respondents were interacted with during the course of the survey.

Various urban and rural communities were covered for the entirety of this project.

A monthly report was written about the progression of the project and submitted.

Made audio and videos recordings where necessary of the respondent(s) personal experience on sex trafficking.

Educated respondents on what sex trafficking entails and how it can be prevented.

Educated respondents on tactics used by recruiters to trick potential victims into travelling overseas for sex trafficking (voluntary or forced prostitution).

A detailed report about lessons learnt from the field was written and submitted and also solutions were proffered on way to curb sex trafficking in Oredo LGA.

Data Officer (Integrated Supportive Supervision - ISS)

Rendered support by documenting the list of health facilities - General Hospitals, Primary Health Care Centres (Public and Private) visited by the various team of field workers across all 18 LGAs of Edo state for the ISS programme into an Excel sheet and subsequently into SPSS.

Attended evening review meetings of stakeholders to discuss the progress of the programme.

Put together the general findings, challenges and recommendations of all team of field workers with my team of data officers.

Data Officer (Maternal Newborn and Child Health Week - MNCHW)

Effectively worked with the M&E officers of Owan East and Owan West to obtain call-in data of all Primary Health Care facilities by putting a call across to them from day 1 to day 5 and also the Mop Day 1 and day 2 of the programme.

The number of children who were administered Vitamin A supplements, BCG, OPV, Measles, and Yellow Fever, Hepatitis B vaccines who through the entirety of the MNCHW were captured and entered into the Excel template provided across Owan East and Owan West respectively.

Also obtained call-in data of the number of children assessed with MUAC tape, number of Long-Lasting Insecticide Treated Nets.

The numbers of pregnant women who received Iron foliate, Tetanus-Diphtheria and so on were entered into Excel template.

All call-in data obtained was well documented, combined and updated with my team of data officers across the 18 LGAs of Edo state.

Attended daily evening review meetings to give updates of data obtained, challenges/complaints from the field

Effectively entered data obtained from the filed into SPSS for evaluation and analysis.

Stock Collector – Physical Stock Count of Vaccines and other Related Commodities in Edo State

Efficiently worked as a team to conduct a physical stock of vaccines and other related commodities in nine (9) Primary Health Care Centres across Esan South-East LGA and six (6) Primary Health Care Centres across Esan North-East LGAs of Edo and also the LGA Cold store and closely communicated and worked with the matrons of each health facilities in booking an appointment for visitation of their health facilities.

Interviewed the matrons of each health facility using a paper checklist to ascertain when last the facilities visited received vaccines and other related commodities and diligently documented specific assets physically sited in various health facilities both functional and non-functional.

Closely worked with my team member by transferring the data collected into an Open Data Kit app with an android GPRS enabled device from the paper checklist throughout the exercise and sending it via the internet to a cloud-based server daily and sending reports of each day’s activity to the state supervisor.
