• Created and implemented the first company-wide internal program for external vendor vetting, quality control, and rating system. Standardized company-wide program implementation.

• Wrote procedures and implemented a new, internal software platform for automation of onboarding, evaluating, and managing all hiring of third-party vendors.

• Implemented internal vendor KPI rating and feedback system that led to increased quality control of vendor work in the field and increased speed and efficiency of prepping a home for sale due to the new vendor rating system.

Free Press Summer Fest, 1 year - three days annually Seasonal, 2014-2014 Traveled to Houston for festival grounds setup. Assigned to the production team and assistant to a main-stage showrunner during the festival.

GroundUP Music Festival, 2 years - two days annually Seasonal, 2022-Present Travel to Miami for this world music festival. My role is mostly production operations setup. I meet musicians and festival crew from all over the world and I attend the last two days of this small festival, which includes clinics and workshops. 2
