● Collaborate with the client & stakeholders to understand the event objectives, budget, and overall vision.

● Conduct brainstorming sessions with the creative team to develop event themes, concepts, and innovative ideas.

● Work closely with the Operations team to assess the feasibility of the proposed concepts and ensure they align with logistical considerations. Budgeting and Resource Allocation:

● Create comprehensive budgets covering all event aspects, including creative elements, production, venue, staffing, and marketing.

● Allocate resources efficiently, considering both the creative requirements and operational needs.

Venue Selection and Contracting:

● Evaluate potential event venues in line with the creative vision and logistical requirements.

● Negotiate contracts with selected venues, considering space, technical capabilities, and cost.

Creative Development:

● Led multiple design teams to produce creative deliverables in spatial planning, technical drawings, 3D models, graphic design, branding and expressions, stage design, scenic elements.

● Review and approve designs to ensure they align with the event's theme, objectives, and well articulated through beautifully composed decks. Supplier and Vendor Management:

● Work with the Operations team to identify and contract with suppliers and vendors, such as audiovisual, lighting, catering, and transportation services.

● Oversee the Operations team's coordination with vendors to ensure smooth collaboration and timely delivery of services.

Logistics and Operations Planning:

● Collaborate with the Operations team to create a detailed event schedule, including load-in/load-out plans, rehearsal schedules, and event-day timelines.

● Plan for contingencies and troubleshoot potential logistical challenges. Team Coordination and Communication:

● Facilitate effective communication between the creative and operations teams, ensuring alignment with the event's vision and logistical requirements.

● Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address concerns, and keep the project on track.

Risk Management:

● Identify potential risks related to both creative aspects and operations.

● Develop contingency plans to mitigate these risks and ensure the event's success.

Rehearsals and Running orders:

● Oversee the event rehearsals to ensure that the creative show flow runs seamlessly and timeously and that all operational aspects function smoothly. Event Execution:

● During the event, be on-site to supervise both the creative and operational aspects.

● Troubleshoot any last-minute issues and make real-time decisions to ensure the event's success.

● Streamlining communications through Event Control, utilising CCTV footage and strict radio protocol.
