Country Manager – Mexico

Promoted to Country Manager following consultant role in the development of a feasibility analysis based on in- depth research of the Mexican market. Findings were presented to management as a potential business plan.

• Spearheaded the development of a country-specific business model; identified strategic partners, incorporated Mexican entity, constructed the manufacturing plant, and created market/supplier demand for the product.
