Assist Seniors in conducting gap analysis related to facility and production

Time and worker management during downtime/troubleshooting

Verify and cross check the daily attendance sheet of designated areas and weekly duty roaster also mange shifts to control overtime

Keep aware the staff on food safety culture, GMP, GHP, Personal Hygiene, cross contamination, hand washing policy, IPM, allergen and non-allergen products and ensures final product quality (weight, shape, coating)

Monitor yield analysis and inventory management on daily basis

Involve in research and development to make new products and make strategies for cost cutting

Check machines alignment and monitor & Co-ordinate with engineering about troubleshooting of machinery during production

Check daily pick up trends of coated products

Monitor smooth operations of pasteurization plant, CBM, Desi ghee plant, Evaporator and dryer

Raw milk handling, Pasteurization, standardization, and process of milk products; Butter, skim milk powder/ full cream milk powder.

Cleaning, sanitation, and CIP of pasteurizer as well evaporator also look after the COP of evaporator, fat separator and dryer once in a month
