Keep aware the staff on food safety culture, GMP, GHP, Personal Hygiene, cross contamination, hand washing policy, IPM, allergen and non-allergen products and ensures final product quality (weight, shape, coating)

Monitor yield analysis and inventory management on daily basis

Involve in research and development to make new products and make strategies for cost cutting

Check machines alignment and monitor & Co-ordinate with engineering about troubleshooting of machinery during production
