Total Experience : More than 30 Years

Presently working as a Freelance Stenographer with some firms in Delhi. I have more than 30 years of experience as Stenographer/Secretary/Office Assistant/Admin. Executive in different industries such as Manufacturing, Engineering, Exporting, Real Estate, Legal etc. in Delhi NCR. Through knowledge of office routine and administration works. Also having experience in preparing government tender documentation/E-tender, verification of titles of properties etc. gained from working with some legal firms during my 30 years of service. 1) Worked with a Law Firm as Stenographer from November 2016 till December 2020.

Taking dictation and convert the same as SLP, Writ Petition, Counter Affidavits in legal format.

Maintaining files and records related to various cases of the clients in a systematic manner.

Other miscellaneous works related to the filing of different types of cases. 2) Worked with a Law Firm as Manager Cum Stenographer from February 2015 to July 2015.

Nature of Work

Providing Stenographical assistance to the members of the Firm including taking dictations, word processing, typing and correcting agreements and documents, sending emails and drafting letters.

Answering and making Phone calls, taking messages and sending faxes.

Preparation and maintenance of the Firm’s petty cash and expenditure accounts;

Coordinating with the support staff for all the Firm related work.
