MANAGEMENT:

I have been part of a management team in my current position and my previous role as business manager at the Argus Observer.

COMMUNICATION:

Working in human resources for 13 years. Training in college and my past employment to ensure that I can communicate in a business manner with employees, upper management and customers.

LEADERSHIP:

Being involved in our community is extremely important to the success of that community. I have been a member and leader in the Western Treasure Valley Rotary club for 7 years. I have held the office of treasurer for five years and have also held the office of President for one year. I am also a member of the 5 Rivers American Business Women’s Association and have held the position of President and Treasurer. I also work with Serve Day, a local group that helps with serving the elderly and disabled in our community.
