OBJECTIVE

Having both (English/Spanish) Bi-lingual skills and my experience working with different types of families, I am determined to put no limits to my abilities working towards helping them. I teach appropriate responses to situations so they can function in school, home and the community. I do this by using Education as a tool.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Basic Clerical skills: Bachelor Degree in Education, Certification CPR First Aide, Case Management 2 Certification, Typing 1 and 2, copy machines, ten key, Spanish in collage and I am fluent in Both English and Spanish. Took computer classes.

EXPERIENCE

April 2010 – now/ BHRS (Behavior Health Rehabilitation Specialist) for Dallas Restorative Family Agency I helped all of my families with modify and adjust with behavior issues.

October 2017-April 2019/ BUS MONITOR for Edmond Public schools, August 2012-2014/ BUS MONITOR I helped seat the handicapped on the buS April 2011-March 2014/ ADJUNCT INSTRUCTOR for Metro Technology CENTER I taught 15 different classes at the vocational center the adult students had to pass the classes with an 80% or better. All my students passed and graduated. The classes were for Early Childhood Education. April 2008-2014/CUSTOMER SERVICE for FED-EX EXPRESS I helped customers solved their problems. The problems consisting of copying machines, the computers, maybe wanting something shipped out, creating an order for them, completing anything they needed with satisfaction. It was important to have team skills, compassion and integrity. Page 2

I HAVE A LARGE AMOUNT OF CLIENTS WHERE EVER I WORK. I WAS CHOSEN TO BE THE LITERACY SPECIALIST FOR 6 YEARS AT COMMUNITY ACTION SERVICES ONLY ONE YEAR AFTER I TAUGHT FOR THE AGENCY. OCU CHOSE ME AS ONE OF THE TEACHERS IN A WORKSHOP TO TRAVEL TO SLOVAKIA TO DO A MOCK TRIAL BY JURY FOR THE COLLEGE STUDENTS.
