PROJECTS INCLUDE:

* Kay Apartments- Work included the exterior and interior renovations, bathroom and kitchen

exhaust fans, creation of all new layouts for the complexes, and the delivery of high-end

apartments to needier communities. Performed office build outs, office conversions for

Doctors as well as pool house renovations. Projects were always completed on time and

under budget.

* Archstone Smith- Work included the complete exterior and interior renovations and the

addition of partition walls in various units. All high-end apartment complex renovations

have been completed.

* Sawyer Management- Work included complete renovations to include the structuring of

floors and walls.

* Castle Management- Designing of a new building in Hyattsville, MD. Also involved in office

building renovations which included all bathrooms and offices.

* Reico (Distributor for Merrilat Cabinets)- Work included kitchen and bathroom renovations.

* NIH (National Institute of Health)- Work included the demolition of old decks and small

buildings, the building of decks as well as additions and multiple garages.

* Potomac Plaza- Work included multiple condominium renovations and the installation of

garage doors.

* Rolyn- The project management of 200 men for the complete demolition of a 100-unit

apartment complex. This had to be completed and finished in a two-week period. All work

was completed within the specified timeframe.

*Additional work performed for a Beauty shop and a Karate studio.
