This program includes an option to extend the center with 2 additional SPSMs. With this option, the target is to sort daily 400 000 parcels in bags toward up to 9 000 routes. Program’ s cost : 30 million Euros

Key Achievements:

Sibelga : Distributor network operator for electricity and natural gas in Brussels Senior IT Consultant Program Manager, Migration SalesForce Program 01/2019 – 01/2020 Project Scope: In 2015, Sibelga has taken the initiative to implement Customer Relationship Management

(“CRM”) and Workforce / Field Service Management solutions based on SalesForce (“SF”) and ClickSoftware

(“Click”). Sibelga was looking to migrate from ClickSoftware’s WorkForce Management (“WFM”) including ClickWorkforce, ClickMobile and ClickSchedule solution to Salesforce Field Service Lightning (“FSL”), as ClickSoftware is ending the WFM service on 31/12/2019. Program’s cost: 5 million Euros with multiple work streams. • Directed and managed a migration program through several work stream from Click to SalesForce.

Hexagon SI & MiDA - Millennium Development Authority, Ghana Senior IT Consultant Project Manager, 10/2017 – 09/2018 Context:

On 5th August 2014, the Millennium Challenge Compact between the Republic of Ghana and the United States of America was signed. The goal of the Compact, which focuses on Ghana’s Power Sector, was to reduce poverty through economic growth in Ghana; and its objectives are to address identified challenges in Ghana’s Power Sector by providing an overall framework for strengthening the Ghana Electricity Distribution System. The objective for this project is to enable ECG to manage its distribution system efficiently; help the company respond promptly to emergency faults, easily identify customer locations and power thefts, properly manage its assets and inventory, and perform engineering analysis. A GIS can be defined as a “computer system used for capturing, storing, checking, and displaying data related to positions on the earth’s surface.” GIS can show many different kinds of data on one map which enables one to more easily visualize, question, analyze, and interpret data to understand relationships, patterns, and trends. There is a growing global interest in and awareness of the economic and strategic value of GIS. The installation of a utility GIS will enable ECG to record and store data including its distribution system asset, attributes and characteristics; customer locations and other characteristics for planning and operations purposes. The GIS system will also record and store ECG’s asset data in the form of digitized maps and other engineering formats for use as real-time management of ECG’s assets.

Scope: Procurement of a Utility Geographic Information System (GIS) and Associated Data Migration Services
