With more than 16 years of experienced in the field of Engineering, Design & Construction in Oil & Gas Industries, we provide best detailed Engineering Design works to support Saudi Aramco Northern Area Oil Operations (NAOO) for Onshore & Offshores producing plants. We also provide supports to all NAOO operating facilities with specialized Engineering and technical knowledge in the areas of Multi-Engineering disciplines in order to efficiently produce hydrocarbons with maximum profitability while adhering to the highest safety and environmental standards. Saffaniyah & Tanajib Onshore Producing Plants
Saffaniyah Offshore Producing Plants (Saffaniyah GOSPs, Marjan & Zuluf) Shaybah Producing Plants, Manifa Producing Plants and Khursaniyah Gas Plants Collects all the information needed for the job thru preliminary design studies, notes
& sketches, drawing attachments, verbal and or any written communications. Gathers all the necessary drawings before initiating any site visits and finalizing the Scope of Work prior leaving the site.
Prepares a Drawing Control List for all drawings, documents, datasheets and references involve in Design package.
Modifies and update those affected drawings such as PIDs, Piping Plans, Equipment Location Plans and Facility Plot Plans.
Creates new Isometric drawings if none of them are available in the system. Do some basic Design calculations if necessary.
Converts Vendor AutoCadd drawings into MicroStation format & Technical data sheets into Saudi Aramco data sheets format.
Digitizing raster files from TIFF and PDF files into MicroStation format. Utilizing applicable Company Codes & Standard in generating the Material Take-Off List (MTO).
Performs QA/QC before submitting it to the proponent for 90% Design reviews. Supports the EIC in Design review meetings, implement those comments as advice by the EIC and issued it for Construction (IFC).
Reports any Design issues at site and Work-in progress updates to the EIC. Makes site visit inspections to verify field conditions and revising those affected drawings for As-built if necessary.
Provides continuous support & trainings to all lower Cadd Drafting employees. Projects Involved:

Was supplied to JGC Gulf Int'l Company Ltd. in Al-Khobar office for Cadd Engineering supports under Process Engineering Department for updating the P&ID & PFD drawings. Was also assigned in Civil Engineering Department doing detailed layouts for Tanajib, Rabigh-II Petrochemical & Bahrain National Gas (Banagas) projects. Leading our Philippine office for six months as Cadd Coordinator, giving orientation and trainings to the newly hired Cadd Operators.
Endorsing them with different Aramco projects, As-builting a Multi-disciplinary Engineering drawings using MicroStation V7/V8 & AutoCadd software. Working Experience
Provide round the clock support to production in the area of process related concerns
(Die-bond and Wire-Bond stations).
Perform regular audit to ensure production compliance and conformance to process specifications.
Ensure that every defined process control is implemented (e.g. execute actions based on applicable OCAP whenever gross rejections are encountered by production). Ensure that the process meets the requirements related to the target capability indices.
Monitor implementation of corrective actions (Process & Cpk improvement). Provide containment actions to gross rejections as they occur in the line. Participate in MRB, 8D formulations, and shift CFT meeting. Perform process buy-off for newly set-up machines. Partially performed preventive maintenance on machines. Assist engineer in some process improvement projects/evaluations. Supports for scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) of EOL equipment of SIPS department.
Coordinates closely with concerned production personnel regarding the schedule of PM for all pertinent machines and equipment to obtain the planned targets on equipment efficiency, uptime and effectiveness.
