DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Preparing Method Statements, Quality Assurance Plan & Quality Control Procedure,

Preparing Inspection Test Plans(ITP) and related IMF forms as per Projects requirements.

Follow up QA Procedures implementation.

Following up with the Client for Approvals (materials, drawings and others).

Conducting materials inspection by its documents or with its physical condition / match with client specification.

Inspecting installations, Pre commissioning & commissioning of Automated Meter Reading System which include the Digital meter’s installation and making online meter readings.

Maintaining the documentation to the full proof of our activities including supporting documents & correspondences

Preparation of weekly & monthly report and submit to Department Manager for the same.

Participating internal audit /External Audits and closing and take preventive and corrective actions against audit findings/recommendations

Develop and implement project specific Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans, Manage Client/ Consultant / Third party Agencies Association, Evaluate Suppliers/ Subcontractors Quality Performance.

Formulating the Method Statement, Inspection Test Plan (ITP), Project Quality Plan(PQP) and Quality Control Procedures (QCP).

Ensuring right implementation of QA/QC STD. & procedures for testing of received & supplied materials for project specification conformities & nonc o n f o r m i t i e s

Carryout internal inspection of all incoming materials at site based on approved material submittals in coordination with the Storekeeper

Prepare material inspection request forms along with copies of relevant submittals and data sheets

Ensure proper installations are done as per the approved design drawings and project specifications.

Prepare PAR, CAR and NCR in daily process inspection

Coordination with consultant inspection and client

Make sure that all the materials delivered at site are stored as per manufacturer's instructions / recommendations

Check and confirm that the site installation and testing activities are being carried out based on the approved IFC drawings

Carry out surveillance inspections at site during construction

Ensure all Inspection Requests are checked in coordination at the respective site engineers prior to submitting the “Inspection Request to the consultant” COMPUTER & SOFTWARE PROFICIENCY

Scope: Yas Arena is a Boxing Stadium building. It will comprise a 4 floor massive structural building,VIP rooms,VIP Lounge, utiliy rooms,Energy centre and car parking building. The MEP installation of plumbing, central air-conditioning rooms, Fire Fighting systems and all other MEP works. For the above all works related Inspection Request raising, conducting consultant inspection and getting consultant approval.

b) Deira City Centre – Dubai

Position : QA/QC ENGINEER

Client : Majid Al Futtaim

Contractor : M/s. Dutco & BK Gulf contracting

Consultant : M/s. GHD

Scope: DCC is the extension project for food court and refurbishment of some retail shops.It will comprise a one complete floor and renovation of some existing shops also. The MEP installation of plumbing, central air-conditioning rooms, Fire Fighting systems and all other MEP works. For the above all works related Material & Work Inspection Request raising for all MEP servies, conducting consultant inspection and getting consultant approval. c) Tecom Twin Tower(TTT) – Dubai

Scope: TTT is a 32 Storey Twin Tower - Millennium Hotel Apartments and Residential building. It will comprise a 32 floor Twin Tower and car parking system. The hotel buildings include studio apartment & 2-bedroom apartment constructed in both towers. The MEP installation of plumbing, central air-conditioning rooms, Fire Fighting systems and all other MEP works. For the above all works related Inspection Request raising, conducting consultant inspection and getting consultant approval.

D) Midfield Terminal Building(MTB) Project – Abu Dhabi International Airport Position : QA/QC ENGINEER

Scope: MTB is an integrated passenger and logistics platform, which will encompass all transportation modes, logistics and value added services. It will comprise a headquarters and automated car parking system. The office park will include 5 storey buildings & 4 wings The MEP installation of plumbing, central air-conditioning rooms, Fire Fighting systems and all other MEP works. For the above all works related Inspection Request raising, conducting consultant inspection and getting consultant approval

2 a) Dubai International Airport (Phase 2) construction of Concourse 3 at Dubai International

Airport

Position : QA/QC ENGINEER

Scope: The project calls for construction of Concourse 3 at Dubai International Airport. Concourse 3 will be connected to the two major public levels of Terminal 3 via an automated people mover (APM) in addition to the vehicular and baggage handling system utility tunnels. The building, which follows the characteristic shape of Concourse 2, will be 645 meters long, 90 meters wide and 42 meters high in the centre from the apron level, and will accommodate 20 aircraft stands, 18 of which will accommodate Airbus new A380.

b) Dubai Logistics City Al Maktoum International Airport - Dubai World Central International Air port

Scope: DLC is an integrated multi-modal logistics platform, which will encompass all transportation modes, logistics and value added services, such as kitting and assembly, in a single bonded and free zone. It will comprise a headquarters and office park, forwarders ar ea, light industrial area, warehousing area and the staff village over a 25 km2 site. The office park will include 18 buildings; phase one will include 10 six-storey office buildings each with a total built up area of approximately 255,000m2, in addition to 110,000m2 of underground parking and 60,000m2 of an independent parking structure.
