• QC Inspection Report Prepare Extrusion PET,PP Sheet size and Thickness

(Min.0.17mm to Max.1.45mm) chart.

• CCP(Check Critical Point) Monitoring for Extrusion Sheet Process.

• First Piece Approval Report for Disposable Product.

• Prepare Finished Good And Raw Material Test Report for Extrusion,Thermoforming Aluminium Containers and PVC cling film.

• Prepare Packaging Materials Inspection Report such as Paper Core,PVC cling film,Aluminium foil & Plastic Granules.

• Plan daily priority work according to available manpower and other resources.

• Make shift schedule.

• Make TDS and other specification newly developed grade.

• Develop new colour as per standard reference sample,with cost effectiveness.

• Take part in development of new project at present involved in PET Sheet development.

• Raw Material (Flakes,Grinding,Master Batch ) testing likes-Bulk density,PPM

(Part Per Million),I.V.(Intrinsic Viscosity),LAB Value,Moisture,Ash Content, Dust,Caustic PPM,Flakes size.

• Give online decision regarding the quality of the material,whenever required.

• Match colour online for PET sheet.

• Conduct online trials to verify the positive or negative impact of new raw material.

• Prepared COA (Certificate of Analysis).

• Prepare PET Sheet trial and PET Sheet out side customer testing report.

• Report prepare split test,Sealing test,Tensile strength,I.V.Test,Thickness & width for PET Strap.

• Update daily I.S.O. Documents

• Attend customer Complaint and Manpower Handling.

• Ability to Control Parameter like Plug Assisting, Forming Air Pressure,Stacker Unit,Auto Packing & Rimming Unit, Transport Chain time & Positioning,Cutting knife & Punching station,Conveyor Packing,Hole Punching etc.
