I have total 35,5 years my career experience Midwife, caring for mothers and babies in high level care and busy settings in both Europe and the Middle East and thoroughly enjoy working in dynamic teams to provide excellence in care in Woman centered environment. I am passionate and hardworking Midwife with the highest category, who aims to always give safe and compassionate care. Assisting for the doctors LDR during delivery, I have experience of taking Birth in any position, at the request of a woman, and experience for Water Birth. If physiological childbirth takes place in your Hospital, I will be glad to work in your team. Ensure the review and evaluation of nursing documentation and recommendations for appropriate change as indicated. Audit nursing assessment forms and care plans of patients for continuity of Care. File auditing. Manage the midwives’ task`s and their schedules during shift. Plan and organizes patient care activities with regards to her antenatal/ postnatal care/ baby care.
Understanding and acceptance that patients are the central focus of service delivery.
Diagnosing, monitoring and examining women during pregnancy, delivery. Induction of labour.
Identifying high risk pregnancies and making referrals to doctors and other medical specialists.
Arranging and providing parenting and health education for the woman, her partner and family members. Participates in delivering educational material in the antenatal classes. Supporting for Breastfeeding.
Provide counseling and advice following events such as miscarriage, termination, stillbirth, neonatal abnormality and neonatal death. Emotional Support for family.
Assist mother in labor, monitor the condition of the fetus and knowledge of drugs and pain management. CTG Monitoring. Assisting during Epidural for Anesthesiologist in labor. Antenatal, Intrapartum and Postnatal care.
Internationally acceptable standards of maternal and healthy new born care in the labor room (skin to skin) and breastfeeding essential. Vertical delivery. Hypno Birth, Water Birth with patient birth plan.
Giving support and advice on the daily care of the baby, including breastfeeding support, bathing and making feeds, vaccination the newborn.
Critical decision making skills, organize and assist the Doctors with all procedures and Cesarean section in OT in urgent situation and labor and delivery room in all Obstetric situations as per Hospital protocol. Assisting for doctor with delivery on Cephalic and Breach presentation, Twins delivery, Shoulder dystocia, Vacuum delivery.
Strict adherence to Infection Control standards. JCI standarted.
Accurate administration of patient documentation. Audit the documentation. Maintain LDR Statistics on a monthly and annual basis. Minutes of meeting with documentation.
