I Samora Mhleli Xorile am a very dynamic, enthusiastic, and hardworking candidate who does not lack in ambition, drive and is full of passion to execute any given tasks. I have many years of work experience and most of which are within a mix of the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), and Hospitality & Tourism administration, management, operations, coordinating, marketing and sales, having several attempts at entrepreneurship.
I graduated from the Tshwane University of Technology as well as the Walter Sisulu University, and my highest qualifications are a National and Advanced Diploma in Tourism Management . I consider myself privileged to have been exposed to the work and business opportunities that have come my way thus far in my sales, business administration and operations career. I now seek a new challenge, coupled with growth and a broader scope of experience within your organisation.

Solid foundation in Business Development and Management: As managing director of my own companies, I have personally been responsible for financial management, marketing, sales planning and pitching, tangible customer service, communication, leadership, delegation, problem-solving, networking, negotiation, planning and project management functions just to name a few. I pride myself in ensuring smooth and on-time delivery of duties and tasks. I am a quick learner and I am indeed a person that can work with others. Because of the love, I have for perfectionism, growth, success and purpose my need to pursue a broader scope will manifest itself within your organisation. I have read extensively and engaged plenty stakeholders on the state of the industry policy and regulatory framework, and this has intrinsically informed the direction I have taken in pursuing business and dictated how and why I should perceive the business’ role in maximising profits but not neglecting how it & I should operate in ensuring all objectives are always met.
A natural knack for entrepreneurship and sales: A constant throughout my career has been my passion for the design and delivery of superior service quality and customer satisfaction. I am comfortable and fully conversant in giving both large and small-group presentations to Government, travel agents as well as corporate clients, I have conducted many site inspections, educational(s), exhibitions, corporate workshops, events companies and negotiations for best rates, which has brought customer satisfaction for my customers within many organizations.
A people’s person of note: I am adept in building and maintaining relationships, with those I work with. I also find it imperative to nurture consensus and a shared sense of purpose in alignment with the organizations' values. I have recruited and managed a team of about 10 employees and had a positive staff turnover. I’m known for my ability to quickly establish trust with my employer and fellow employees and motivate others into action.
