At COTRIJAL - Managed the development of a system to handle the company's 19 locations, which covered purchasing, inventory control, WMS, sales, commissioning, and goods transfers between stores. This technology enabled the implementation of a single distribution centre and the profitability of the retailers. This project included 12 members of the outsourced team as well as the engagement and training of 60 internal employees.
A significant aspect is the analysis, development, and implementation of a system for selling items in the field with and without the use of the internet, as well as control over mobile sales and inventory.
At Yara Fertilizers - Successful Projects: Concluded 9 projects within 14 months - Average budget between 40K to 800K
