·Used my Property and Casualty Insurance License to provide legal stability to the Agency. This was done by taking ownership of ACE Insurance LLC while respecting the wishes of the founder. This “Ownership-Control” issue was resolved by entering into a mutually beneficial buy-sell agreement returning ownership to the founder’s daughter.

·Learned details of using Quomation client management system and the various provider companies

·Created a cash management system using google sheets to track cash payment of insurance premiums.

·Resolved many English speaking customer service issues as well as occasional provider concerns.

·Created a “new business” tracking system using google sheets, to ensure all necessary documents are scanned and stored in client files. System includes a method for tracking assignments to gather documents and follow-through.

·Did some management training with the customer service center Manager in Peru.
