●Managed an 8 Million dollar project REACT (Response Escalation Alerting Communication Tool) using Agile Methodology managing sprints throughout the project. This was the new cloud-based firm wide global notification system that provides timely technology incident-related alerts to management.
●Work collaboratively with business teams and project sponsors to execute approved projects on time and on budget while also being a single point of contact for the client. Encompassing the full lifecycle design, testing, training and cut over activities associated with all projects.
●Maintain and create new relationships with the Global Shared Services teams that support the organization to assist in streamlining delivery of project needs.
●Identify and transition true Infrastructure functions from the iCTOs into the GTI organization. The benefits of doing so were; alignment of standards, improved hygiene and controls, better career progression and a reduction in cost due to economies of scale and removing duplication/hand-offs.

●Part of the Business Solutions Enablement Team (BSE). Manage and implement PGS and ERP Infrastructure requests through delivery into the RUN status. Act as a bi-directional escalation point to address approach resource needs, issues and risks.
●Managed all Governance and Risk associated with all approved projects.
●Managed $120K budget and staff of 12 establishing a dedicated production environment for Wal-Mart. Planned and executed the VPN, client ID’s and access through portals to Pfizer for clients to support and maintain the application.
●Met GO site closure objectives by successfully migrating all SAP Ancillary databases and servers from Great Valley/Pearl River to Needham/Somerset. Successfully stood up the Vlan storage in the ESX farms in the dedicated environments for SAP.
●Successfully Deployed Site Recovery Manager (SRM) which is an instant fail over for SAP to meet RTO/RPO objectives for virtual core critical Windows ancillary systems with a $1.5M budget.

●Managed and led the program of a 25 team staff to consolidate the Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) version 9 Infrastructure related to the performance, consolidation, and application and database upgrade project with multiple dependent roll-outs.
