My position was a patrol /narcotic /explosive dog handler. I had to train my dog daily.
Fitness training weekly with members and Dogs
Know medical treatment for dogs.
Administer medical treatment.
Make sure kennels are always clean and hygienic.

Do the financial planning for the unit.
Check administrative duties are up to date for typist, data clerks. Check emails daily.

Commercial claims check previous losses and covers on facility for what client is claiming for.
Do a face-to-face assessment with client.
Fill in an online assessment form.
Take photos of scene, items, Buildings etc.
Compile a report.
Check when validation is done with client if there are no discrepancies in version, timeline, items or proof of items.
When discrepancies are noted confront client with them. Obtain, if necessary, proof of discrepancies
Interview witnesses, spouses neighbours domestic, co-workers etc. Attach all proof, documents obtained and conversations to the claim. Compile a report for the insurer with the facts.
Take claim to the meeting and present the facts.
Contact client with outcome.
Draft rejection letters if needed.
I am currently the only multi skilled assessor in Mpumalanga with multi mark commercial training.
I work three provinces Mpumalanga, KZN and Limpopo I can work under extreme pressure and was the assessor to close the office after our team manger resigned.
I am multi skilled and not a one-dimensional assessor who only has to focus on one skillset.
I am versed in assessing from motor, non – motor to commercial claims. I work independently as my manager is situated in Pretoria at head office. I am diligent and travelling long distances and working hours is the norm for me. I have vast experience in the investigation field and have studied crime scene management and obtaining evidence.

Investigating the accident scene and damages to the vehicle Compare the damages to the vehicle and if it corresponds with the version client presented at claims stage.
