(CISA). Oversee analysis reporting of SIGINT collection from various government agency based systems where confidential targets are ultimately taken down. Coordinate daily statuses to the CISA Director regarding remote collections, ensuring continuous operations and dataflow. Maintain continuous hourly interfaces with local customer and extended consumers via an array of communication means. Additionally, conducts daily mission coordination briefings throughout shift; identify time sensitive data; provide tipping; prioritize collection; maintain situation awareness; produce continuity log; and perform the daily collection management cycle. A 24/7 operations; screen all cyber related incidents concerning computer operations from all major organizations around the world (to include all the major government agencies), while ensuring there are no malware related violations, unauthorized usages, malicious codes, scans, probes, attempted access, and PII protections. Identified, triaged, and analyzed anomalous cyber activity to rapidly develop and disseminate mitigation strategies and managing risk. The primary focus was to collaborate with partners and constituents on an operational level to create shared situational awareness and correlate incidents across designated mission space.

• (Feb 2009 – Oct 2012) Datacenter Technical Supervisor, Ashburn, VA Supervised/managed a 24/7 operations of a large scale datacenter which included multiple advanced communication systems and devices; supervised 10 shift workers and trained all new employees on systems such as What’s Up Gold

(WUG), Remedy 7.5 ticketing system (tier 1.5), Oracle Grid software, & VM

(Virtual Machine) Ware.
