Compensation Analyst: October 2022 – Present

Provide various analyses in support of the Company’s compensation programs, policies and procedures and in support of the Company’s total rewards and business objectives.

Administers and assists with development and implementation of compensation programs and/or segments of programs in support of Total Rewards objectives. Human Resource Generalist: 2016 – 2020

Oversaw the hiring of the largest project of 2018 for Dean Foods. Coordinated and placed over 60 employees in a two-month time frame to prepare for millions of gallons of volume increase.
