I have extensive experience in managing general maintenance and repairs for a large complex that houses 1,600 rental units, communal areas, and grounds. WINKLER POOL MANAGEMENT 2008 - 2011

During my contract with the Gaylord National Resort, I worked as a head lifeguard and pool operator. As the pool operator, I was responsible for opening and closing the pool, maintaining chemical balance in the water, operating, and filtering the pool pumps, and performing mechanical construction on PVC and mechanical pipes when necessary. I also kept the deck and locker room areas clean. As the head lifeguard, my primary duty was to ensure the safety of all pool and Jacuzzi users. I attended monthly staff meetings to report any pool-related occurrences and worked closely with hotel security to maintain a safe environment.

ROGEL REAL ESTATE 2007 - 2008

During my time as a building inspector, I was responsible for inspecting various residential properties managed by the company. My main task was to survey the grounds and identify any potential safety hazards, such as unsafe outlet covers, improperly mounted stairwells, and any signs of deterioration or cracking in cement structures. I also checked for erosion of metal on structures and ensured the stability of brick foundations, while making sure there were no water leaks. Additionally, I delegated work orders to vendors/contractors and handled administrative duties, such as providing tenant customer service, accepting all tenant complaints, and answering phone calls while in the office.

HOLY CROSS REHABILITATION CENTER (Contractor) 2005 - 2007

During my time as head of maintenance/housekeeping, I took charge of ensuring the safety of all patient rooms and maintaining the building's upkeep, both inside and outside on the grounds. I also kept the contractor database updated and was the primary contact person for all major vendor contracts, including HVAC, landscaping, industrial washer/dryer units, and hospital beds. I was responsible for troubleshooting minor repairs within the facility, such as fixing recessed lighting and fixtures, and setting up fluorescent lights in patient rooms and hallways. Additionally, I assembled hydraulic beds, kept the water pressure throughout the building at an appropriate level, and monitored the thermostat to maintain the desired climate and temperature. I even installed toilets in bathrooms and attended monthly meetings with key hospital personnel to report on the rehab facility's operations.

DIXIE CABLE COMPANY 1999 - 2005

During my previous role, I worked as a telephone and cable installer. My responsibilities included installing fiber optic cable from the Network Interface Devices (NIDS) to the terminals, as well as setting up land drops and splicing cable.
