management, coordination with finance, and integration of the four project areas, for roll-up to report to the CEO of the company on a weekly basis.

• Managed a group of four Industrial Engineers in productivity improvements, time studies, cost avoidance, system enhancements, center consolidation, and cost avoidance projects. Evaluated and investigated new product introductions to solve transactional problems within our billing operations and recommended system and procedural enhancements. Lead project manager/scheduler for the effort that involved coordination of this 6-month project, determining resources; coordinating quality audits and reporting to the President of Consumer Marketing billing provisioning problems between across functional groups, and improved processing to reduce cycle time from 16 days to 3 days on the High-Speed Internet (DSL) product.

• Performed Statistical analysis and forecasting by regression to match demand for our provisioning services, prior to customers calling in to our call centers. Allowing increased utilization and scheduling of our resources.
