My responsibilities include:
Send a friendly reminder every morning that the patient has an appoint that day.
Gathering patient information, handling insurance documentation, managing front desk operations, collecting payments and answering phones.
Greeting and checking in patients
Prepare a log for each therapist of the patients they will be seeing the next day along with the patient’s chart.
Answering phones and taking messages as needed.
Managing charts.
Schedule and cancel appointments for patients, rescheduled them when they will be available.
Distributing the daily schedule to the therapists and if patient cancel and another patient was rescheduled another schedule update is distribute
Before leaving for the day I have to send out a message to each patient if they have an appointment the following day.
Photocopying, faxing, and distributing documents as required and in a timely manner.

My responsibilities include:
Swabbing and running COVID-19 tests for those that wanted to be tested.
Make copies of COVID-19 test results, the individual’s identification, as well as any insurance information.
Organize paperwork as per the company’s guidelines at the end of the working day.
Daily inventory of test or supplies left.
Fax results to the Health Department.
Answering phones and taking messages as needed.
Enter daily results for COVID test in the database (scanning) and email to the billing department.
