‘G.M’. Research, Design & Development (R&D) for E/E Reconfiguration Robotic Cell - System to auto align E/E capturing Arms (10) per unit to reduce Press Operations from over (70+) current E/E Arms down to (2) E/E Arms for Hood and Fender OP’s.

In early March 2022 an INVESTMENT FIRM purchased Classic Design / Systems causing limitation of newer hires with just 7 weeks for myself on-duty and after my 8 weeks notified by my Operations Account Manager, Mark Reynolds that because of company purchase and being ‘part’ of newer hire employees required to be let go. Per my Supervisor Mr. Mark Reynolds who directly hired me and who I worked directly under and for …Stated this NOT his decision. “I provided my P.M. services well and at statistical levels throughout”. Also G.M. Representatives I provided my services for very happy with my performance, actions and keeping them well informed of system(s) statuses!

Entire Body Shop Assembly assigned to be Installed up and running at Rivian’s completely refurbished Plant facility (prior Mitsubishi Factory Assembly) in Normal, Illinois.

Ford automotive automated assemblies from DPA Reviews (Initial design processes reviews) for specific Project(s) i.e., Hoods, Doors, Roof, Decklids, Fenders, etc.

Engineering development reviews with customer for each complete Automated Assembly Tooling through final sign-off.
