Lead a new Governance oversight team created within Technology Identity Access Management to assist with remediation of regulatory MRAs, internal and external audit corrective actions and implementation of Regulatory and Compliance policies. Led 1 of 4 teams of 25 Application Onboarding Control Adoption leads to successfully onboard over 1,000 applications to approved Identity Access Management Security solutions to ensure access requests, provision, certification and authentication and authorization of users were compliant with Wells Fargo’s Information security policies. Completed this within 2 years.

Implemented Plain Business Language (PBL) and Risk Tier ranking program for Wells Fargo Advisors for all system assets granting user access. Created and led WFA PBL oversight and governance department.

Identified and implemented major cost reduction campaigns associated with under-utilized system access and licenses resulting in over $3 million in bottom line savings for Wells Fargo Advisors.

Personally led efforts to remediate major SOX deficiencies surrounding access management controls by creating and leading a centralized Role Based Management access review team. Successfully “centralized” 93% of brokerage business groups into this model within 2 years of joining firm.

Identified as having implemented and managed “best in class” Role Based Access Control (RBAC) model within entire Wells Fargo enterprise by Price Waterhouse Coopers
