As an ICU Registered Nurse at GPRMC, I witnessed firsthand the impact that advanced practice registered nurses can have on patient outcomes. Collaborating closely with the healthcare team, I played a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive care plans for critically ill patients. This experience honed my clinical skills and instilled in me a strong sense of empathy and dedication to improving the lives of those under my care.
