• Supervision and execution of architectural work for all finishing work like buildings, carpentry tiles, marbles, reflected ceiling, skylights, doors, windows painting, façade, and ceramics.

• Have good knowledge in plastering and GRC structure finishing.

• Following architectural drawings, plans, and specification using computer aided design apps.

• Collaborate with interior designers and landscape architects to integrate their designs.

• Ensuring close-out of all snags / punch points within the time frame agreed with the client.

• Verifying that all necessary inspection and tests, as required of the project and statutory regulations, are carried out and appropriate records are updated and maintained.

• Attending pre construction meetings where necessary.

• Coordinating quality activities with subcontractors and any other individual parties who may be working on the same site.

• Performing assigned in-process and final products inspection and tests.

• Conducting daily inspection of earthwork, formwork, concrete work, steel structure and building finishes work.

• Ensuring all equipment’s, tools and materials meet with the project quality requirements and that personnel have been adequately trained to use them safely

• Liaison with client representative concerning quality matters on site.

• Identifying near miss and nonconformities in materials, products, processes, procedures and reporting

• Preparation of final quality dossiers / test packs and maintaining backups of completed quality dossier

/ test packs.
