Install and design a Nitrogen system on multiple lines. This lay out was adopted and is now used by most CCE plants.
Installed sky lights in the production area to cut power used.
Installed lights sensors through out the plant cutting power used by 21%. Pay back on sky lights and sensors were two years.
Set up different start up time for the shifts and lines in order to cut the power company peak rate charge for usage. Saved about 7%
Installed a Data Highway system for all PLC and control systems.
