Summary
Overall Score: 3.0
Summary Comments: Shivani has completed her first contract with P&O Australia whilst being assigned in the Pantry and the Messes. At the beginning of her contract she was assigned to pantry restaurant where she served the guests from different counters of the outlet providing friendly service. Initially she struggled to settle into her role as well as adapting to ship's environment. With trainings and guidance, which she took constructively managed to settled and perform her duties as assigned by her Supervisor. Midway through her contract she was transferred to Mess Room for operational reason and straightaway settled into the team. However Shivani started to become frequent visitor to the medical centre which disrupted her focus as well as adding additional responsibilities onto her team mates. She was briefed and explained that if she intends to have a prolonged career at sea, she needs to be fit enough to carry out her duties consistently. She did show improvement in this aspect though. Upon returning from vacation, would like to see Shivani invest time in expanding her Food and beverage knowledge as well as the Public health aspect of the operation.
Would like to thank Shivani and wish her all the very best for her vacation. Appraiser: Bimal Kishor (Restaurant Mgr MS) Signed on: 14/06/2023 First Approver: Edison Jude Fernandes (Maitre D Hotel) Signed on: 14/06/2023 Second Approver: Krzysztof Maczura (FB Dir) Signed on: 15/06/2023 3
