Construction of a school at Hunainia – Rifaa on a land of 20,000 sqm owned by VKL Holdings, Built-Up Area of 17,747 sqm. Leasing the school to Britus International Education for a period of 20 year renewable automatically. The Project is expected to start in December 2022 and completed in two phases in September 2023 and January 2024.

A similar school with the same operator and developer but at Dammam – KSA. The school shall be operational in September 2024.
