Eng. Mahmoud is a Civil and Environmental Engineer with 8 years of experience in engineering studies and designs. His experience includes the hydraulic modeling and design of water supply systems including water tanks, water transmission pipelines, filling stations & pump stations, as well as irrigation, sewage & firefighting systems. His project experience covers various regions across the Gulf region. In addition, Eng. Mahmoud’s experience includes proposal documents preparation and pricing.
Throughout his career, Eng. 2023 – Present Dhahran Masterplan, KSA
The project includes the urban development of whole Dhahran Community to include new residential areas, new office buildings and other facilities. The wet utilities scope includes the analysis of all types of wet utilities’ networks within Dhahran Masterplan Systems and recommend new proposed network extensions. In addition to coordination process with relevant authorities to acquire the approval for criteria followed based on ARAMCO Standards. Client: ARAMCO

Each governorate shall be assigned with main water area provided with city gates that is deducted from existing water systems analysis and GIS data base analysis. These city gates will be responsible to receive water from main production sources, maintain storage and supply the premises included in water area of each city gate.

2019 – 2020 Study and Improve the Environmental Status of Wadi El-Edera’a and Surrounding Areas at Hail, KSA
The project consists of assessing the existing situation and environmental problems in the Valley of Edira’a inside Hail city (~33km), conducting physical and chemical tests for the water and soil within the valley’s stream, identifying sources of contamination, controlling an eliminating pollutants, removing aggressive plants, treatment solutions, developing urban and environmental master plan including urban and landscape solutions, final design for the adopted rehabilitation and improvement solutions, business model for the project’s execution and implementation, tender documents and BOQs. The scope includes the study of surface water problems, sub-surface water, hydrology studies & main water channel design, in addition to urban planning land use proposal. The project consists of identifying potential small scale STPs with capacities ranging between 1,000 and 25,000 m /day suitable for privatization under PPP across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study includes data collection, GIS analysis for approximately 1,500 community centers with the purpose of preparing a pre-feasibility study along with the assessment of the appropriate treatment technologies for TSE Reuse for Small Scale STPs.
