Just moved to Oklahoma City from Baltimore, Maryland, seeking promising employment opportunities to establish job security. My goal is to become an important asset to a respectable company that will value my input enough they offer to continue teaching me so I can grow along with the company. To always take the initiative to succeed and command respect and admiration, to persevere to the top and into a leadership position that will allow me the freedom to travel the world to meet other extraordinary leaders of progressive change, ideas of worldly improvement, expand my network of like-minded peers that can teach me new ideas, learn new information and share with them useful wisdom of my own. Ultimately, I aspire to be interdependent and become a global leader in making positive changes that will continue to live on long a er me. To inspire awe in tomorrow's children and leave behind me a legacy of greatness from which leaders are born.

Game Master
Escape Adventures - Finksburg, MD August 2017 to February 2018
greet the groups of guests as they arrive for their time slot
introduce guests to the various puzzle rooms if they request, if not, lead them to their chosen room
always try to be humorous and theatrical with your delivery as long as it is relevant and not obviously forced for the sakeof the customer. The more you get your guests to laugh and laugh with and at you, the more at ease and comfortable they feel in their new, exciting adventure awaiting ahead and the more fun they will end up having. This equals customer returns and word of mouth plus great review ratings!
explain the game rules and answer any questions guests may have without giving away too much information
point out necessary equipment, i.e. surveillance videos, various locks, the ‘clue request' walkie-talkie, the countdown clock wish them luck as you leave the room and lock the door
immediately start the 1 hour countdown clock and observe the surveillance footage to give out correct clues via walkie-talkie or answer any non-revealing questions
a er solving/not solving the puzzle room under 1 hour, enter the room and tell the group how close they were and ask if they would like to know the answers to the remaining unsolved clues
take photos of the group of guests wearing silly hats or holding funny signs and props with the company name in the background and ask permission to post group's photo fun on our company's social media accounts
if back to back appointments choose the same adventure rooms it is impertinent to not only engage each group with equal amounts of attention but provide the separate groups a quality experience and entertainment
as groups are busy engaging in their adventure rooms, take the opportunity to reset the other adventure rooms that need to be reset and must be done quickly keeping an eye on minute details
set up additional new appointments plus children parties, if requested
post and advertise for the company in order to gain new business and spread awareness of our new company
Although I was there for only a short period, I was the owner's very first hired employee. Because it was only the owner and I operating his business I was allowed some freedom of expression and contributed my own ideas for new concepts to be used as new adventure rooms. I was so visually passionate about everything that pertained to this kind of entertainment and wanted to learn and work and express ideas for the creative aspect of the business.
Unfortunately, I received some troubling news from family in Oklahoma City and was required to quickly move there to care for my mother. I gave sufficient notice to my supervisor who was an excellent teacher to me and if I ever return to Maryland I am guaranteed a job there.
Accomplishments
If I was able to continue employment there, I would have became the key holder and manager as the business continued to grow and required more employees. I loved my job and showed enthusiasm and perseverance every single day. Always thinking of improvements, ideas of additions and concepts for more escape rooms plus the puzzle layers itself. Loved it all!
