James Mokaya Obiria is a registered Perioperative technician who plays a role of an anaesthetic technician in an operating room. He is a registered member who has also fully met the requirements for licensing by the Kenya Health Professions Oversight Authority (KHPOA) Board – Ministry of Health.

He has submitted all the requirements for the practice license and therefore awaiting the processing of the same.

The purpose of this letter is to confirm that he is a recognized perioperative tech - anaesthetic technician, awaiting his license from KHPOA. POTTA Kenya is the professional body which is tasked to co-ordinate the process of registration and licensing of all Perioperative techs, as per the guidelines of KHPOA.
