• Responsible for conducting IQA (Internal quality audit) for ISO TS 16949 system to ensure the adherence level and highlighting to scope of improvements for production and supporting departments.

• Responsible for maintaining Customer quality system and internal quality system.

• Responsible for preparation and closing of preventive actions and corrective action for customer complaint and concerns.

• Responsible for implementing poke yoke and Kaizen for customer complaint and internal rejection.

• Responsible for reducing internal rejection through QC story approach.

• Responsible for conducting MPPA (Manufacturing process and product audit) in production cells.

• Responsible for PPAP submission (New products and Engineering revision products)

• Responsible for component supplier MPPA audits as per yearly schedule.
