● Responsible for the review and evaluation of design documents prior to construction document issuance. Recommending cost savings changes where appropriate without diminishing the quality of the design intent.
● Prepare scope of works tailored to project specifics. Establish construction budgets, change order process, chair Owner/Architect/Contractor meetings.
● Strongly involved in creating the GMP budget, knowing that our fiduciary responsibility is with the client.
● Responsible for creating and implementing the construction schedule, equipment start up schedule and commissioning of systems.
● Establish GMP budget, review and process requisitions and change orders. Projects:
