Implemented a keg bottling unit, the first of its kind in the UB Group, with Alfa Laval. This 120 million project expanded product offerings and improved efficiency.

Negotiated a long-term settlement with the CITU union, resulting in a 9% productivity gain. This improved employee relations and contributed to the company's bottom line.

Sep 2009 – Oct 2013: Berger Paints, Goa as General Manager (215 Team) Paints- head Plant and transformation Projects

Successfully led a 250 Mn INR project to overhaul a fire-ravaged paint manufacturing unit, increasing capacity from 1,800 to 5,000 tons/month- remodelled with pick and place robots, PLC controlled resin production, automatic powder handling and silos, automated packing lines, ASRS storage system, 1800KVA 33KV HT to LT subsystem, natural gas connection and boilers, integrated fire management system, integrated zero discharge effluent management system.

Secured ISO 9001, ISO 14000, and OHSAS 18000 certification for the unit, demonstrating commitment to quality, environmental, and safety standards.

●Asian Paints- Senior Manager- SCM- Mumbai- managing international operations from Mumbai headquarter.

Developed the common purchase model and SAP & SCM i2 based planning model for Nepal& Oman unit, improving the customer service level by 4%.
