During my time as Director of Asset Management, part of the TEAM responsible for bringing the agency out of trouble status.

Lead the Asset Management Team to an agency wide successful HUD REAC Inspection after 14 years.

Ensures performance and contract compliance of property management whether contracted out or performed in house. Supervises assigned property manager operating under these circumstances.

Provides effective oversight of property assets to improve their value and performance.

Supervises assigned Property Managers at agency owned properties.

Monitors productivity, efficiency, quality, timeliness and completion of all housing operations and new applications to achieve maximum occupancy.

Establishes the goals, objectives, budgets, and action plans for Asset Management and develops procedures to implement quality control monitoring.
