Manage a 360-unit condominium in Pompano Beach. Maintain a close relationship with five board members. Supervise maintenance staff, concierge staff and administrative staff. Over see a 3.5 million dollar budget. Project manager for the buildings concrete repairs as part of a our forty year certification. Worked with DDS (project manager for the ELSS system). Worked directly with Marcon Forensics our engineering company over seeing the concrete repairs assisted with the Board in generating a 6.3 million dollar assessment to fund these projects.

2012 to 2021 EVERGLADES HOUSE CONDOMINIUM Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Manage a 160-unit beachfront condominium in Fort Lauderdale. Sustain an alliance with the Board of Governors, in a joint effort to maintain the property while staying within the established budget. Supervise Engineering, Housekeeping, and Security Departments. Preserve positive relationships with unit owners through constant communication with an open-door policy. Be present and actively participate during the Board of Governors meetings. Work directly with active contractors, attorneys and the condominium support team. Directed the 1.2-million-dollar project towards concrete restoration and complete renovation of the pool.

2003 to 2011 THE CONTINENTAL GROUP Miami, Florida

Manage a 400-unit condominium in Aventura. Work closely with a team of nine Board of Directors to ensure that the property is within budget and maintained accordingly. Supervise Engineering, Housekeeping, and Security Departments. Maintain positive relationships with all unit owners through constant communication. Attend all Board of Director meetings and make recommendations. Work closely with all contractors, attorneys and Continental support team. 1976 to 1995 DORAL HOTELS OF FLORIDA Miami & Miami Beach, Florida

Executive Assistant Manager: Managed Rooms Division of the 420-guest room Doral Hotel on the Ocean. Certified by and worked with The White House Communications Agency and U.S. Secret Service in conjunction with U.S. Presidential visits.
