Present Work Status

I am working as Head of Pharmacy in Pharmacy Department, Divine Mercy Hospital Ltd. (1st February 2023 to till now).

Professional Experiences

I worked as an Assistant Manager in Pharmacy Department, Square Hospitals Ltd. (15th March 2021 to till October 2021)

Monitor Physician’s order and the medication administration record to ensure the proper dispensing of pharmaceuticals, the identification and correction of potential allergic reactions, drug interactions and incompatibilities.

Review the patient s medication profile regarding drug related side effects and interactions, ensuring the drug administration to the patients as per hospital policy.

Maintain accurate records and control of all narcotic and controlled drugs according to the departmental policy and procedure.

Active Participation with Pharmacy and Therapeutic Committee.
