Manage renovations/ restorations as well as Design/ Build of Senior Living and Senior Care facilities in over 18 states along the East Coast. This work includes all areas of exterior (site & envelope) & interior (common areas & units) construction/ renovation from all trades.

Responsibilities include: Review owner scope & plans to outline full project requirements. Develop a detailed Schedule of Values to determine Trade budgets.
